Delivery and return

Except for weekends and public holidays, all your orders are processed during the day.

cryom entrusts its packages to its partner COLISSIMO who delivers our packages in 24-48 hours generally* (*working days and only in Metropolitan France).

Delivery in Metropolitan FRANCE :

  • Free delivery from 49€ order.
  • Below €49 of an order, a contribution to the COLISSIMO transport costs of €4.90 will be requested for delivery to a RELAY POINT and €5.90 for home delivery.

Delivery to 11 EUROPEAN countries :

  • Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Monaco, Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Austria and Portugal (excluding specific territories).
  • At the moment, cryom cannot deliver to England and the French Overseas Territories.
  • For these 11 European countries: Delivery by COLISSIMO with signature at a single flat rate of €7.90 whatever the amount of your order at POINT RELAIS and also €7.90 at home. (delivery may take many more days to some countries.)

Returns and Refunds :

The site only sells cosmetic and hygiene products. Acceptance of a return and validation of the refund request will only be granted if the returned products remain new, unopened and therefore unused and without any trace.

Return costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

After validation of the return request, the after-sales service of the site will have 30 days, date of receipt of the customer's return package, to proceed with the reimbursement. Reimbursement will only be made by check sent to the customer's billing address.

How long will it take for me to be delivered?

At cryom, we have chosen COLISSIMO. Your order is delivered within 24/48 hours in mainland France. You can choose between home delivery or to an RTELAIS POINT closest to you. We are committed to delivering to you quickly. Thus, any order placed before 1 p.m. leaves the same day (except weekends and public holidays since our order preparation service is resting) for delivery the next day or the day after. Orders placed from Friday 1 p.m. are prepared the following Monday morning and leave on Monday at 3 p.m.

What should I do if I am not at home during delivery?

In the event of absence, COLISSIMO will return the package the next day. Otherwise, he will drop off your package at the post office where you live. You will then need to collect your package with proof of identity. If you think you will not be present at the time of delivery, choose the RELAY POINT. It gives you the flexibility of being able to pick up your order whenever you can. And no risk of being stolen from your mailbox.

Can I exchange if the product does not suit me?

Exchange is possible within 14 days after purchase and on the sole condition that the product has not been opened or used.
